3. Strict Age Restriction (21+)

Kuppy is intended exclusively for users who are at least 21 years of age. * While the Google Play Store's highest target audience setting is 18+, our Service is strictly reserved for individuals aged 21 and over.

- We implement a mandatory age-verification screen upon launch. If you are under the age of 21, you are not permitted to use this Service.

- We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21. If we discover such data, we will delete it immediately.

 

4. Data Deletion & Your Rights

We respect your privacy and provide a simple way to delete any data automatically collected by Firebase Analytics.

How to Request Deletion

Because we do not use a custom login system, your data is associated with a unique App Instance ID generated by Google Analytics on your device. To delete this data:

1. Retrieve your ID: Go to the About screen in the Kuppy app and long-press (hold) the "Version Number" badge.

2. Copy the ID: A dialog will appear with your unique identifier. Click "Copy ID".

3. Email Us: Use the Feedback button in the app or email us directly at sandiotechnologies@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and paste your ID into the message.

Once received, we will process the deletion request through the Google Analytics console within 30 days.

 

Manual Deletion via App

If you wish to stop data collection and reset your identifier locally, you can clear the app's cache and data in your Android System Settings (Settings > Apps > Kuppy > Storage > Clear Data).

 

5. Log Data and Cookies

In case of an error or crash, we collect "Log Data" (IP address, device name, and error logs) through third-party products to fix bugs. While we do not use cookies directly, third-party libraries like Firebase may use them for analytics purposes.

 

6. Security

We strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
